Dr Sujatha Girish, BSc, M.A, B Ed, MPhil, PhD,PGDGC is an academician over two decades of teaching and administrative experience spanning different schools with diverse curricula. Her extensive travel as an Airforce officer’s wife has enabled her exposure to student communities of different socio- cultural backgrounds and age-groups. Apart from having the distinction of completing many leadership training programs offline and online, she is also a sought-after CBSE Certified Master Teacher Trainer and also a CBSE recognised Mentor Resource Person. Under her guidance, the school meaningfully takes on the recommended CBSE activities and diligently completes them.

His association with school for over two decades and his vast experience as an educator for over thirty years makes him an insightful and a diligent professional. His journey in Daffodils group of schools from being a Kannada teacher to HOD, head master and then as Head Administration now has been a remarkable one. He is a post graduate in Kannada and has been recognised by the Government of Karnataka for his many achievements and contributions. His passion to ensure imparting of equitable quality education has won him many awards.

Mrs. Usha Ravi, M. Sc (Psychology), PGDCP and a Montessorian is our in-house counsellor. She has the distinction of holding the third rank in the University for PGDCP. She has been a teacher, a School Head & an administrator, in her career spanning over 15 years.

Our school counsellor plays a major role in rationalizing personal and social development of children and teachers to help them evaluate their abilities, emotions, interests, talents and personality traits. She guides them to set realizable goals and orients them towards positive attitude and ease of expression. Learners at Daffodils Foundation for Learning are motivated to be in their best of mental health to achieve optimal emotional quotient.
