Team DFL is pleased to announce that ELDROK has conferred Daffodils Foundation for Learning an award for Excellence in Academic Excellence and Co- Curricular Pursuits. The award was received by Principal Dr. Sujatha Girish, at the ELDROK INDIA K12 SUMMIT, held on 23.11.2022.

New Cambridge International Public School had organized inter school competitions – Anveshan. We are glad to announce that the following students have bagged prizes.

1. Nandan V 3rd prize in the event ‘ Caption the Photo’
2. Jaykrit Singh 2nd place in Story Telling competition.

Chinmaya Vidhyalaya, Kormangala organized inter school Hockey tournament for U- 16 category. We are glad to announce that DFL boys team were the RUNNERS of the tournament.

Ebenezer International School had organized inter school Basketball matches for U-14 boys and girls. We are proud to announce that DFL girls team were the WINNERS of the tournament and DFL boys team were the RUNNERS of the tournament. They were felicitated in the morning assembly today.

Airforce school Murgeshpalya had organized interschool competitions- Anubhav. We are proud to announce that Samanvitha Kasyap of grade 8 has won first place in Sloka Recitation competition and Preksha Mahesh of grade 10 has won 2nd prize in Slogan Writing Competition

The winners of Haiku competition and story telling competition conducted earlier by Euro School North campus were handed over their certificates and trophy during the morning assembly today

Daffodils English School had conducted its annual event – Shri P.K Bheemaiah Literary Fest over a span of few weeks. This year it was very special because the association took it pan India to commemorate the Centenary birth anniversary of our Founder, Mentor Late Shri P.K Bheemaiah.

Bharath Scouts and Guides Bangalore North District- Hebbal local association had organized Desha Bhakti Geetha Gayana competition. DFL Scouts won the first place in group song competition. DFL Guides won third place in the group song competition.

1. In the solo singing category, Praneeth Krishna of grade 5 won the first place and Samantha Hannah of grade 4 won third place.
2. Scouts and cub also won first place in District level competition. They got selected to State level competition which was held on 8.2.2023. They received participation certificates and memento at State level competition.

The achievers of Indian Talent Olympiad Exam were felicitated during the morning assembly today.

1. National topper Isha Purvi Belavad was handed over a cheque of Rs. 10000.
2. Ananya Muppala was handed over a certificate for achieving 10th rank in State level.
3. Shreyanshi Mahopatra , Aarav Bhandari, Sharav V G and Dhyan Koppula were handed a cheque of Rs. 1000 each for their excellent performance

We are glad to announce that DFL has been declared 2nd RUNNERS UP at the national level in the IMAGINE CUP JUNIOR contest organized by MICROSOFT.

Team ‘AI’D The Wild comprising five students from DFL had submitted their project idea as an entry for the Microsoft Imagine Cup -AI for good contest.

The project aims to rescue and restore wildlife by reaching out to wild animals in distress using simple AI enabled non-obtrusive technology. Students have extensively researched and worked on a unique idea to use AI emotion perception technology communicatively coupled to and retrofitted in Smart Elephant corridors.

This sustainable inventive apparatus called ‘The Jungle Eye’, if realized can revolutionize wildlife wellbeing and conservation as it uses minimal compute-oriented apparatus without affecting the ecology. The idea proposed will also enhance human-wildlife synergy thus avoiding accidents/conflicts while assisting the conservationist community to track animals by analyzing and predicting their migration paths through an app.
