School Mantras – Students jump start their day at school by singing and demonstrating the school mantras in the morning assemblies. The Mantras are also part of our parental engagement sessions as well!

School Anthem – The school’s vision, mission and ideology are tunefully reflected in the school anthem and echoes the ethos of being a happy school.

Partnering with Parents – DFL invites potential parents from different arenas of expertise to interact with the students on topics beyond academic ambit.

Joy of Sharing- An SSR (School Social Responsibility) endeavor of DFL towards envisioning ‘Service to Society’ ideology. It is a student-driven ‘Sewa’ fund-raising venture to support the disadvantaged/under- privileged sections. The campus comes alive with diverse stalls and performances to attract visitors and raise funds. The student council, under the guidance of teachers works on this project from its blueprint stage to its implementation to its winding up, as well.

Children for NFI movement (CfNFI)

DFL has pioneered a novel SSR (School Social Responsibility) endeavor where the school is listed as the partner school with NFI (Neonates Foundation of India), an NGO with a national presence and assists the parents of pre-maturely born babies of the underprivileged sections of society.

Students and staff donate funds for the organization on their birthdays and on ‘Compassion Days’, exclusively ear-marked for this purpose.

The music club students penned down lyrics, composed music and recorded an anthem for NFI as part of the CfNFI movement.
