It is with great pride that we announce regarding the achievement of 4 Scouts and 5 Guides who have received ‘Rajya Puraskar’ award, which is indeed a milestone in their academic journey. The Scouts and Guides students attempted the District level ‘Rajya Puraskar’ preparatory camp in April 2024. After qualifying for the examination, the students had an opportunity to attempt the State level ‘Rajya Puraskar’ examination camp in October 2024. All the students qualified the ‘Rajya Puraskar’ examination successfully.

This is DFL’s first batch of Scouts and Guides to receive the prestigious ‘Rajya Puraskar’ award.

Amongst 16 schools across Bengaluru, DFL was one of the schools chosen to send one Guide to represent the school at the award ceremony. Miss Tushita, a Guide, was nominated to attend the award ceremony and meet the Governor at Glass House, Rajbhjavan, Bengaluru on 17.03.2025.
